What Causes Yellow Stool With Black Spots And Bloating?

I have yellow stool with black spots and also have gas often with belly gets inflamed for the last two months. Sometimes before passing the stool, my anus feels hot. My mouth has a bitter taste and often I have mouth sores. I am in anxiety. Please help.
