What Causes Yellow Urine With Pain In Legs And Lower Abdomen?

hi...when i pee it is like cloudy with a tint of yellow my legs have been achy for the past couple days as well as my lower stomache. i havent been eating a lot only like one meal a day if even that and my stomache makes very loud noises when i push in and out i also got my period a week early and it was very light almost as if spotting whats wrong with me?
