What Causes Yellowish And Watery Stool In An Infant?

My baby is fully breastfeeding, she is 4 months now. She pass stool about 4- 5 times a day, most of the time is yellownish and watery, only sometime yellownish and sticky.she is gaining weight and everything is ok. Is she ok to pass this kind of stool? Or there may be bateria infection?

If your baby is exclusively breastfed, her stool will be yellow or slightly green and have a creamy consistency.
Such consistency is normal.
