What Causes Yellowish Discharge In A Immature Child?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here I have discovered a yellow discharge in my daughters underwear for a good week now. She is very immature, still plays with barbies etc.. she has no clue about periods or anything like that. She is also very little in size for her age. How, when and what do I say to my daughter?
