What Causing The Chilling Feeling In Feet While Walking?

WHEN WALKING I NOTICED A FEW WEEKS AGO THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN I FEEL LIKE I AM SLIPPING ON A PATCH OF ICE WITH MY LEFT FOOT. NEVER KNOW WHEN THIS WILL HAPPEN. I DID BREAK A BONE IN THAT FOOT ABOUT 6 MONTHS BUT THAT HEALED GREAT. ANY IDEAS WHAT IS CAUSING THIS SENSATION?

Hello,

As due to post-injury there will some minute microvasculature disturbance leading to such a cold feeling.

With simple exercises for the leg like strengthening and some balance board training will help to avoid these symptoms in future.
