What Chances Of Pregnancy Does One Have Immediately After Experiencing Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago at 4 weeks pregnant. Bled for four days. Had very light spotting a week and a half ago. Been getting dull aching in belly some sharp twinges. Urinating a lot bloated but no period. I have been having unprotected sex since the bleeding stopped.
