What Complications Are Possible When A Grossly Enlarged Anteverted Uterus Is Left Untreated?

my ultrasound says grossly enlarged anteverted uterus, midline in location measuring 9.08cms x 8.12 cms x 7.24 cms with smooth borders and heterogenous parenchymal echopattern. Endometrial stripe is cannot be delineated. No endometrial fluid. Both adnexae and cul-de-sac are clear. What would be the possible complications if i will not undergo surgery?

Hi I think you may have heavy bleeding during periods, excess pain during periods or some endometrial pathology in future. If you don't have any symptoms now, you can delay the surgery. It looks like adenomyosis. You may try some hormonal treatment also. But success is not good. Hope it helps.
