What Could A Weird Sensation Of A Moving Baby In Tummy Signify While Being Non Pregnant?

This is weird, it's been now about almost 2 week now, every day i get this movement with no pain at all..inside my tummy more precisely below the navel or on the side of my navel...and it feels like as if a baby is kicking...like pushing out against my tummy...now i had a child 7 yrs ago...and I'm definitely not pregnant ,pregnancy test negative...

It seems to happen more when I'm sitting down..or standing or lying down on my side...
I know i should see a doctor.. but could you pleas advice me .

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

Assuming that there is no chance of pregnancy AND pregnancy tests are negative, then this is NOT related to an undiagnosed pregnancy. The only good explanation is related to your bowels. Excess accumulation of gas and the peristaltic motions of the bowels could explain your symptoms. While you are awaiting your appointment, consider something like Gas-X and see if that helps.

I hope that this helps and good luck!
