What Could A White Bump And A Hemorrhoid On Anus Indicate?

HI there. I have a small (2mm) white bump near my anus. It's not sore and I only noticed it because I wanted to see if I could see my minor hemmoriod ( in a mirror) , which had flared up recently. The bump is smooth and round, and not very pronounced. only noticable if I stretch the skin tight.

It is external piles.Avoid constipation. Sitzbath can be continued use anovateointmment liquiedparaffin at bed time.
