What Could Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Leaking After Bowel Movement Indicate?
After every bowel movement, I experience bloating and very bad soreness in my tummy. This has been going on for more than a year. What is wrong?
I am 40, 5. 3 in height and 8 stone 12 in weight. My last colonoscopy was Sept 2009 which was clear and I had a sigmoidoscopy in Sept 2010 which was clear. I also experience leaking after bowel movements.....I can handle this if I have to but the soreness and bloating is really getting me down

Symptoms of diarrhea and cramp could be due to chronic intestinal infection and in most of the cases it could be protozoa infection, but as you stated that it is more than a year, you are having these symptoms, so it is unlikely or less likely if I say it is the chronic intestinal infection.
It is couple of option is there first is to try medicine on tentative basis and the best option is tablet Metronidazole twice in day for seven days and for abdomen pain, tablet Paracetamol with Dicyclomine three times a day. Second, you have to go for stool culture sensitivity for proper line of treatment.
If I think about the differential diagnosis, then it could be IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) it is kind of functional disease and I would suggest you to see the gastroenterologist for proper advice and right diagnosis.
