What Could Abdominal Swelling, Vomiting And Diarrhea Indicate?

Abdonminal swelling, vomiting, diahreia, some kind of larva in stomach. My brother had a upper GI and this is how they found the larva, they took a biopsy. I guess he is waiting on the doctors to tell him what he has, but I just wondered what it could be.

The symptoms in your history are suggestive of some sort of gastric infection or infestation. For this you can take some antibiotics preferably Norflox-TZ after an expert opinion of your doctor along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for abdominal pain with pantop-dsr or rekool-d empty stomach for vomiting and gastric upset. You can take Bandy-plus one stat at night than after 7 days. You have to take Nitazoxanide to get rid of completely from diarrhea.
