What Could Back Pain And Fluid Discharge From Anus Mean?

I have had loewr back pain for a couple of months. Then last week I noticed a clear fluid secreating from my anal and vaginal area. It also seems that I can not empty my bladder completey. Have to squeeze real hard. No smell or pain in either area. Please help me.

As per your complaint of backache and vaginal discharge you should consult your gynecologist for vaginal discharge. You should go for lab test to rule out bacterial or fungal infection and ultrasound for pelvis.
