What Could Be An Alternative For Ramistar H-5 And Concor AM-5 In USA?

I have come from India on short visit to USA I was advised Ramistar H-5 and Concor AM-5 one tablet each daily for blood pressure. Now i find I am short these 2 medicines.Either I have kept or misplaced the same.Till I locate or get above mentioned medicine what can be alternative medicine in USA and how I can get it.

In the US the pharmaceuticals have generic drugs also.
So you can get the drugs
Ramipril
Hydrochlothiazide
Carvedilol
Amlodipine
In the doses as in your present strips.
