What Could Be Brown Long String Like Sticking Out In Stool?

hi doctor, I am 24 year old female , i recently found a very long thin piece of like string or thread in my stool. It was brown you could clearly see it sticking out of my stool. This was the first time it happened , I havent been eating anything suspicious. Should i worried about this? do i have to see a doctor for this or would it just be undigested food?
