What Could Be Cause Of Loss Of Apetite, Fatigue, Fever On And Off In Infant?

Hi My 3 year has loss of apetite, fatigue,and has been feverish on and off. It was a sudden onset.started yesterday around 4:30. She slept all evening and all day today. No sign of cough or stuffy nose. Airways and lungs sound clear. No upset stomach or throat/ear ache..what could it be?

based on the condition described looks like viral fever and needs to be given fluids and monitor his urine and appetite. if fever persists or he develops other symptoms then get back to your doc for a checkup
