What Could Be Causing Fullness In The Vagina When The Bladder Is Pressed?

my sister (75) went to gyno and she found a fullness in the vagina, pressing the bladder? she went for an abdominal n vaginal sonogram internally and it still cannot be identified. She is going for a cat scan Wednesday? What can this possibly be?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Need to evaluated for an malignancies in the cervix or vaginal area.
2. Pap smear would have been helpful.
3. CT scan will identify the possible lesion. It could possibly be tumor, however other inflammatory lesions also require evaluation.
