General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Greetings
The most common cause for persistent pain which I could suggest and needs to be investigated further are
1. Chronic Constipation
2. Worm infestation
3. Malrotation of midgut
4. Mesentric lymphadenitis/Abdominal Koch's

I would suggest you to consult Pediatric Surgeon for further assessment.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
