What Could Be Done For Drowsiness And Blurred Vision After Taking Advil Sleeping Pills?

Please help, a girl online emailed me because she was feeling depressed, and now she said that she took a lot of sleeping pills. I don't know where she is or even who she is, but it sounds really serious. She said she took Advil sleeping pills (over ten of them, I don't know the exact amount), she's feeling drowsy, and her vision is blurred. She won't get help or call anyone, and I don't know what to do. Is there anything I can do?

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic.
What can be done now is just to take her to the hospital. Within the first hour following ingestion, activated charcoal or gastric lavage could be beneficial because the drug can still be recovered from the stomach. After this period, absorption must have taken place and at this point in time, management of severe complications is supportive. I would suggest that she should be rushed to emergency room doctor for assessment and immediate management.
