What Could Be Done For Sleeplessness Caused Due To Lower Back Pain?
I have always been a good sleeper. Never had any problem falling asleep or staying asleep. I take 5mg escitalopram & for the last 2 nights have had to take Advil PM to get me to sleep. But, both last night & tonight, I m waking up & can t fall back asleep. As well, my lower back is aching very much which causes me to be quite restless when in bed, Suggestions?

You can do hot fomentation in addition to Tablet Advil and apply some analgesic gel for pain.
Physical therapy and lifestyle modifications are very helpful in such cases. Hope that you are taking escitalopram in the morning because it is quite renowned for insomnia as a side effect.
