Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, your obesity is related to the genetics, means one of your parents, or nearest relative must be over weight.
You can cut down the weight by following the 3 steps.
1)Minimize the calories, fats, fries, oily foods, ice creams etc.
2)Increase the activity, by practicing yoga, exercises, morning walk, and do any work in front of you.
3)Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
