Hi, a couple of days ago, I started this very bad itch . I noticed some tissue like substance inside . No discharge . It is really swollen and red. At first there was no pain during urination, but after the itching there is a slight burn . I tried douching , but it burned too bad so I had to stop . . After douching, therd was a white substance. Please help, this is very painful and itchy

Hi,

It seems that you may be having candidal vulvovaginitis. There may be whitish curd like discharge. There may be itching and burning pain. There may burning micturition. You consult dermatologist or gynaecologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Clotrimazole intravaginal tablet may be put in vagina for three days might improve the disease. Take ketoconazole or itraconazole may be taken for two weeks. Take Sitz bath in dettol containing water. You may be alright.

Thanks.
