What Could Be Severe Neck Pain, history Of Surgery With C-5 Replacement And Fused C-6 & C-7?

I have severe neck pain, also the base of my head hurts and my shoulder down to almost the elbow. It is severe enough that I can t raise my right arm past my shoulder. I had neck surgery one yr ago and they replaced C-5. fused c-6 & c-7. I m in such terrible pain. It effects my everyday life and my neck dr said there was nothing he could do for me. Why am I in so much pain? I m only 47 and have so much more living to do. Even walking hurts.

it look like that you may have a recurrent disc prolapse. some time when a disc level is fused than one level above or below can get prolapse. try to get n MRI as early as possible. Meanwhile you should avoid keeping your neck in same position for long hours. you can wear a neck collier, which will support your neck muscles. You can take pregabalin tablet .
