What Could Be Swollen Gum With Ball Like Structure On Right Side In A 11 Years Old Child?
Hello. I have a son (11) that has a ball on the right side of his upper jaw line. I dont know what it is. His gums also look swallon. Well only his back gums. the same side looks a bit swallon. please if someone could comment....i have no idea what it could be.

The ball like swelling is likely to be due to enlarged lymph node possibly due to gingival infection.
A course of oral antibiotic and antiseptic mouth wash will be beneficial.
If the swelling persists, kindly consult your Pediatrician for further assessment.
