What Could Be The Best Pain Management Medication For Fecet Arthritis While On 30mg Oxy Hcl And Fecet Shots?

I have fecet arthritis i take 30mg oxy hcl to help with the pain and fecet shots every three months…..I bought an inversion table and i feel like it has been working….I can not afford to continue going to main management every month….is there a way to get my script without going to see them every month? i live in Tennessee and if you are prescribed a narcotic then you have to go to pain management as far as i know but you may know another way..
