What Could Be The Cause And Remedy For Dizziness, Floaty Eyes That Worsen On Lying Or Bending ?

I feel dizzy, but room is not spinning ...only my eyes feel a little floaty. Its like my brain is floating. Its worse when I lay down or bend over. Very uncomfortable feeling. Also, my brain has been hurting this week around the temples...esp right side.

Dear friend,

From your description it seems that you have developed peripheral 'vestibular' vertigo (giddiness). This can happen due to middle or inner ear infection stimulating the vestibulochoclear complex with in the inner ear complex. This can also lead to temporal headaces. Consult an ENT specialist for evaluation.
