General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the measles, or chicken pox, it may be followed by fever in a few days.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
It may take its own time for cure as it is a viral infection, the medication will keep her comfortable during the ill ness.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms domperidone, cifixime, and paracetamol, if she gets fever.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
