What Could Be The Cause For Constant Itchness In Labia?

Hi, I'm an African American woman with medium brown skin. I've had a problem with scratching my labia for a couple of months now. I've used hydrocortisone and yeast creams but those haven't seemed to help. My labia is now much lighter than the rest of my vagina. Will I get the color back? And what could possibly be the issue with the constant itchiness?
Thanks!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the your skin in your genitalia is reacting to a chemical agent that it is exposed to.
There are different possibilities such as soap/lotions/detergents used for your clothes.

You can try eliminating them one by one to see which is the offending agent.

I hope this helps
