All this symptoms could be due to over anxiety due to unprotected sex.Not to worry because your test is negative.
Go for routine blood test to rule out any deficiency.
Start multivitamins and haemetinics under your physician's guidance.

thank you... My partner and i are not ruling out getting pregnant.. we are trying without really trying... so i wouldnt say i am anxious about it, though it is all i can think about. i am sad each time the test comes back negative. i will begin the multi vitamins, and i think it is time for a routine check up, i dont know my body anymore, the nausia and fatigue are very difficult to deal with... thanks again
