What Could Be The Cause For Itchy Anus?

the last ten days or so ive had an itchy anus after bowel movements. it's not after every bowel movement, but i'd say about 70% of the time the last week and a half or so. i've upped my fiber intake, and have used preperation H wipes (witch hazel wipes) which give some relief - but sometimes my butt itches really badly, and i go back and wipe and there is some poop left in my butt, and sometimes a mucus like liquid (sweat?). i have also had minor, minor, minor blood spotting on the toilet paper - nothing dripping into the toilet or anything. it doesnt really hurt, but definitely itches a lot. i have also been using a hemorrhoid donut to sit on while in the office, just in case. my main worry is that this is a rectal prolapse - but it doesnt seem to fit the symptoms, and that seems like it would be really painful. what do you think?
