What Could Be The Cause For Reoccurring Bumps On My Child's Jaw?

My four year old son has two bump things you supposed to bust on his gum line and after you bust them they bleed.it's above his two front teeth that happens to have cavities they need to be removed but my husband said don't take the kid to the dentist because they will come out naturally but every time I bust them little things they bleed a little the puss come out and then I clean his mouth with peroxide and mouthwash then a week later it comes back what do I do

Bump on gum is related to root of tooth infection. It is advisable to get it checked by dentist. X-RAY may berequired. Child may need antibiotic and antiinflamatory drug. Extraction can be done after controlling swelling and infection.
