General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A single such episode can be related to extreme anxiety or prolong withholding of urination.

If occurs repeatedly, then one may have to think of Pheochromocytoma (tumor of adrenal medulla ) with bladder involvement from Glands of Zukerkandel.

He must be addressed to his primary care physician for thorough clinical evaluation at this point.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
