What Could Be The Cause For Vaginal Bleeding After Bowel Movement?

I'm 24. I have rencently noticed when I have a bowel movement I bleed from my vagina aftarwards. I am std free. Not time for my period. And do not think I am pregnant. But it is a possibility please help. Is it something I need to go see my obgny for?
