What Could Be The Cause Of Abdominal Pain And Odorless Brown Discharge Before Periods In A Person Consuming Ortho Tri- Cyclen ?

hi im 22 years old and had an abortion about a month and a half ago, after that i had a bacterial infection that got treated. but now im getting this pain in my lower left abdomen and dark to light brown discharge with no odor. I m on Ortho Tri- Cyclen and im not supposed to get my period for another week and a half. what could this be?

Get your self investigated with routine blood ,urine & ultrasound abdomen ,better trans vaginal to know the cause & treated it properly.otherwise you may land in secondary infertility die to infection of pelvic organs.
