What Could Be The Cause Of Body Aches? How To Get Cured?

I am having body aches, my head is pounding for hours even with me taking over the counter ibprophen. It all started today. I am warm but have no thermometer. I catch a chill then it s gone within 5 min... I also have a slight cough. don t know what could be wrong with me.

Hi,
From history it seems that you got viral infection.
Take paracetamol as and when required for 2-3 days.
Take some cough syrup to get symptomatic relief from cold and cough.
Take plenty of water and light diet.
Gradually within 2-3 days it will be alright.
Ok and take care.
