What Could Be The Cause Of Brown Discharge On Toilet Paper?

I've been pooping this clear mucus alone and along with my poop recently my poop seems to be normal but now when I wipe i see brown discharge on the toylet paper....I have a little but of lower left pain probably like a 2/10 kind of pain....I'm only 18 years old and I'm just really worried what do you think it is?

As per your complain you have problem of more mucus in stool that may be because of intestinal inflammation condition.

Ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease may lead to more mucus secretion.
Anal fissure also cause this type of symptoms.
Gastroentritis may ruled out.
