What Could Be The Cause Of Burning And Redness In Vagina?

i am suffering from Burning and redness in vagina.i was on antibiotic for three days for soar throat.after that i now i suffer from this vaginal problem.so is it due to the antibiotic? as wel i had unprotected sex with my friend before10 days..i am confuse about the reason of inflection. .i have started with tenovate m cream and anti fungal powder now itching is not hter but redness and burning is there,pls help me out
