What Could Be The Cause Of Gaining Weight?

is there a connection between kidney removal and weight gain?

I am active duty in the military, eat a well balanced diet take in over 72 ounces of water in a day, exercise 2-3 times a day and continue to gain weight. When I had my kidney removed in november I weighed about 146. i weigh 161 now

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the operation of kidney and gaining of wait is nothing to do with each other, but this could be physiological tendency but this can be controlled with diet and exercise, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
