What Could Be The Cause Of Swelling, Itching On Fingers After Suffering From Hives?

Woke up this morning with a bit of discomfort and itching on my right ring and pinky. By mid-day they were swollen between the mid joint to the tip, while the middle finger and the index are less swollen than those two. I recently suffered a bad case of hives and the rash is still present in my palm and results in a prickly pain when touched. I was not bitten by any insect or come in contact with any abrasive substance. What could be the cause of this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem this is hypersensitivity reaction, this subsides on its own in most of the cases, if this happens on and often then it required treatment, and the best option I usually recommend the following drugs,
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Diphenhydramine one tab three times in day
hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
