What Could Be The Effect Of Eating Can Of Opened And Unrefrigerated Sardines?
thank you so much. My daughter was just about to finish eating a can of sardines that had been opened and unrefridgerated for about five days, stored in a plastic bag in her bedroom.
If I had allowed her to eat the sardines what would have happened. (P.S. I told her to throw them away. Thank you

I have gone through your query.There is a high possibility of food poisoning if she eats that.But in some cases you wont get because the canned items might have treated with preservatives which dont allow bacteria. It is better not to keep the canned foods after opening.You should finish it on same day itself.Hope this may help you.
