What Could Be The Extra Piece Of Skin On Anus In Kid?

My daughter who is 2 1/2 years old has some sort of thing on her bottom.. i noticed it while ago but it seems to be getting bigger and when i wipe her bum after she has a bowel movement she says ouch that hurts .. thought mabey it was a skin tag but im not sure.. its kinda like an extra piece of skin right on her anus... could anyone answer what it might be?
