Hi

You seem to be developing lesions of acne which is a common skin problem.
Since you have large painful lesions, you need to be assessed by dermatologist.
Long term courses of oral antibiotics are required in most severe cases.
Topical treatment with anti acne agents is also necessary in most cases.
You should avoid application of any creams or oils over the face.
You can use a salicylic acid based face wash twice a day .

Hope it helps
