What Could Be The Indentation On Right Lower Shin And The Lumps Behind Leg?

I have an indentation on my right lower shin, and a couple of lumps behind my right leg. these are sensitive to touch, and I am now beginning to see tiny red lumps to the left leg too. the indentation just keeps increasing in size, the edges are elevated and red, as if something is eating my flesh from inside. what can this be?
