Hi Doctor, my sister has got spots appear all over her body. They started on her face and we thought it was just pimples (she is 13), but this morning they are on her chest pack & legs. It isn't chickenpox as she has had that years ago. She is not unwell but terribly itchy.
Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Such itchy lesions which are spreading most like is urticaria.
i would like to know whether the lesions transinet or permanent? Is there any history of recent fever, sore throat, abdominal pain, drug intake?
For the condition, i usually prescribe tab allegra in the morning and tab fexofenadine in night time.
But before starting treatment, diagnosis should be confirmed. I will advice you to put pic of the lesions or consult your dermatologist in person so that lesions can be visualized and diagnosis is confirmed.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you want to discuss your issues further, you may please ask us Stay Healthy. Dr Anshul Varshney , MD
