What Could Be The Little Bump On Upper Thigh Over The Muscle?

Just felt a little bump on upper thigh over my muscle. less than 2 cm. not on the surface. have had internist identify other lumps as he said they were fatty deposits. very similar but because the lump is on top of upper thigh there is alot of muscle and cant tell if it is fixed.

There can be two possibilities. First it can be a fat deposit as you have been told. The other reason is it can be lymphnode enlargement. Is it causing you any pain or tender to touch, if not than you can ignore it , if it is causing some problem than i would suggest you to take a ultrasound and this will give us clear picture about nature of swelling.
