What Could Be The Lump Below Breast From Seat Belt After An Accident?

Hi my name is Krista! I was in an auto accident almost a week ago, I am black and blue where the seat belts were! I am concerned about a large golf ball sized lump I have in the bottom part of my breast where the seat belt was! The lump feels dead! But the muscles are still sore especially when I lift or pull on anything!! Is this normal or should I have this checked out??
