What Could Be The Lump Beside Ear With White Center Of A 8 Year Old Boy?

I am eighty years old in good health I have a small raised lump beside may ear below it It has come up in the last fortnight it is not very sore and to have a white centre I can move it around Its about the size of a pea and it is not getting any bigger
