What Could Be The Lump In The Mouth?

My 2 month old baby girl has a pea sized lump on the inside of her lip, near her gumline that her mother and I just noticed today. The fact that we just noticed it today makes us think it cropped up relatively quickly; as if overnight. It is fleshly in color, but almost appears to be filled with clear/milky fluid.
