What Could Be The Lump On Vagina Which Is Painful And How Can I Draw The Fluid Out Of It?

I have a lump on my Vagina and it's very painful and it's huge. I'm 17 and i'm a virgin and it's started to turn very red and swell since i've tried and failed to pop it. Nothing is coming out now and it's really hurting.
How can i draw all the fluids out of it and make the pain bearable?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now there might be forming abscess.
Do not try to open and drain as this might increase infection and swelling.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Ok and take care.
