May I ask what would be the appropriate non-invasive method for diagnosis (e.g., contrast x-ray, functional mri, ct scan, pet scan) for the following cases? Salmonella food poisoning causing encepalopathy Rugby player knocked unconscious during game victim of stray bullet

Thanks for writing in.

MRI brain is the best method to evaluate any suspected encephalopathy. Please consult a neurologist and after complete clinical examination a MRI scan brain may be done to know any structural changes due to encephalopathy.
