Hi, If you have been menstruating for so long, it is high time to get medical aid. Please see a specialist immediately, get an exam, sonogram, blood counts and urinalysis. You may need styptics to arrest the bleeding, hormones if there is no response and replacement of iron and calcium. You may also need a complete hormonal profile as well. It could be due to your age, but things need to be clarified early. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
